As Chef is constantly changing our menu to keep with the freshest and best local produce available, it's very difficult to have 'Today's Menu' on our website, so we produce a sample menu each month to give you an idea of what we're cooking at the Saracen's at the moment. All dishes on the Sample Menu will have been or are about to appear on our blackboad.
