As Chef is constantly changing our menu to keep with the freshest and best local produce available, it's very difficult to have 'Today's Menu' on our website, so we produce a sample menu from time to time to give you an idea of what we're cooking at the Saracen's at the moment. All dishes on the Sample Menu will have been or are about to appear on our blackboard.

Valentines Menu 2017

 

Valentines falls on a Tuesday this year, so why not make a special evening of it and come and enjoy a delicious meal here at the Saracens. Saracen’s Great Lunches


Tuesday to Saturday each week.

 

Each lunchtime we offer a special set price menu where you are able to choose from three starters, three main coures and a selection of desserts.  Two courses will cost just £14 and if you have all three courses then its £19. The menu will always offer a meat, a fish and a veggie main course, whilst the starters often have a delicious seasonal soup to warm you up after your walk.  As well as the lunch selection there will be our main a la Carte menu on the blackboard to choose from if you want somthing more substantial.  It is possible to "mix and match" between the two menus, where we will adjust the prices accordingly.

 

 

Saracen's Sunday Lunch Special.

 

Every Sunday we have a special two or three course set price menu available.  Choose between 3 starters, 3 main courses (including a roast beef, pork or lamb and a fish option) and a dessert from the board.  Two courses are £18.50 and three courses £23.50. Our beef is reared on one of two farms on the Blickling estate, whilst our lamb is from even closer, just over the wall on Wolterton park. the pork is sourced from farms in either Aldborough or South Creek.
